Meet Bryce, Owner of Glass Doctor of Minneapolis

Bryce, the owner of Glass Doctor of Minneapolis, has a unique story to tell within his business. From the time he can remember, Bryce’s parents were always passionate about business ownership. In fact, he had the opportunity to purchase the Glass Doctor Minneapolis location from them and was excited to keep the family tradition going. At the time of purchase, Bryce was already working within franchising systems and the Neighborly ecosystem. Bryce realized both the potential, and the lifestyle, that this particular Glass Doctor location could offer, and he knew it was the right move to step into the driver’s seat!  

Before coming on board with a Glass Doctor franchise location, Bryce was working in the construction field while attending college. However, he quickly realized his passion for small businesses and started working full time as a specialist for Glass Doctor of Minneapolis in 2002. From there, he worked on his project management and installation skills for the next seven years before moving in the office to try his hand at ISR and dispatching. Bryce’s wife Crystal joined the team as well around 2009 in an administrative and accounting role, making this a truly family owned and operated local business! Together Bryce & Crystal moved forward in purchasing Glass Doctor of Minneapolis from Bryce’s parents in 2013.

There are several fantastic members of the team at the Glass Doctor of Minneapolis location working alongside the owners, Bryce & Crystal:

• Benjamin G heads up daily operations as the Operations Manager, ensuring that projects go smoothly with the customer always in mind. He has been a part of the team since 2016.
• If you’ve called Glass Doctor of Minneapolis chances are you have probably spoken with Robin E, ISR. She has been a part of Glass Doctor since 2006 and loves helping guide customers along their specific glass journey.

One of the proudest accomplishments that the Glass Doctor of Minneapolis team holds close is that they have stayed a family owned and operated business for the past 32 years.
